Smart Connect works with most major car-brand apps — 48 OEM systems in total — to automatically track when your vehicle needs service.

It’s compatible with many models and trims, depending on the manufacturer, but you don’t need it to use your Go Oil subscription.

Most newer vehicles (typically 2015 and up) include 5–10 years of basic connectivity from the manufacturer, so Smart Connect can usually plug right in.

If your car isn’t connected, no problem — we’ll still send you reminders and handle scheduling for you.

That’s your onboarding inspection visit. Once complete, and you've selected your plan, we'll complete a full oil change and tire rotation, setup, and a vehicle check so everything’s ready for future visits.

On the Annual and Monthly Unlimited plans, each time your vehicle books maintenance, we come out to complete the service — oil change, filter, tires, or even a pre–road trip inspection — for just $15 per visit.

The All-Inclusive Plan includes 4 visits free each year and covers everything automatically.

We pick up your off-season tires, store them securely, and swap them when the seasons change — no extra trips to a shop.

Each plan runs on a 12-month term and renews automatically at the end of the year.

You can switch plans or cancel at renewal time, but there’s no month-to-month cancellation once your 12-month period starts.

No — each plan is locked to the vehicle’s VIN when you sign up.

If you sell your car while the plan is still active, it automatically goes with the vehicle to the new owner for the remainder of the term.

You’ll need to start a new plan for your next car.
