How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Simply email support@gooil.ca or CALL US.

How long does an oil change usually take?

Depending on the vehicle, it usually takes 10-30 minutes. If we are performing additional services on your vehicle it will likely take longer.

Can I add another vehicle to my appointment?

Yes. To add a service on an additional vehicle during the same appointment time, simply CALL US or email support@gooil.ca 24 hours in advance.

I am outside of the service area. Can I pay extra to have Go Oil come to me?

Fill out the form above to request a service. In some cases we will drive further to your location. If you have multiple vehicles or a fleet, it is much more likely that we can make the trip.

What type of oil do you use?

We use Canadian manufactured oil from Boss Lubricants. If you are a fleet client, and want to use a different oil manufacturer, send us a message, we can accommodate special requests. Oil types available include conventional and  synthetic oil gas and diesel vehicles and equipment. We are sure to use the exact oil that complies with your warranty.

How do you dispose of used oil?

All waste oil is properly stored and recycled. We have certified partners who assist in the storage and collection of all waste material.
